Return, Refund, and Title
Shopnandini does not take title to returned items. Any decision regarding refunds or cancellations is at the sole discretion of Vaviks Retail And Distribution LLP.
Refunds
- Refunds are only processed for defective or damaged products upon verification of evidence (images) sent to contact@shopnandini.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unforeseen Circumstances
- In case of natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances leading to delivery delays or cancellations, only the value of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.
Transfer of Risk and Title
- Once delivered, all risk and title of the products transfer to the recipient.
Cancellations by Customer or Shopnandini
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel your order anytime before the product is dispatched by contacting us at contact@shopnandini.com. Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
- Cancellation by Shopnandini: We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected or if the terms and conditions are violated. In such cases, access to the website may be denied, and future orders may be canceled.

- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
