Shipping Policy
At Shop Nandini, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Delivery Area
- We currently deliver only within Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Any orders placed for delivery outside of Mumbai will not be processed or shipped.
Delivery Time
- In-Stock Products: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and typically delivered within 3-5 working days within Mumbai.
- Custom Orders: For products that are specially custom-ordered, delivery will be completed within one week.
- Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
General Shipping Rules
- All orders placed after 6:00 pm will be processed the next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturday after 6:00 pm will be processed on Monday or the next working day.
- No courier service or pickups on Sundays or government holidays due to the limited shelf life of our products.
- During festival months, delivery timelines may be delayed due to stock shortages or high shipment volumes.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Any delays due to incorrect information will not be the responsibility of Shop Nandini.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and delivery location within Mumbai and are displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent by the third-party vendor on your phone or email.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply.
Natural Calamities & Unforeseen Circumstances
- In case of delays due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed and ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.
Title and Risk
- Once the order is delivered, all risk and title of the products transfer to the recipient.
